More firsts!

We suceeded and the babies did so good, they love Rice cereal! Ok you know what I mean by love it! Half of it is all over them instead of where it should have gone! I know I post alot of "Firsts" but, hey Im gonna have alot more of them! They are getting so much bigger every day! I love seing their personalities come out. They make me laugh so much. They are so cute and pure and I just love this stage!

Caden's first day of Pre-school!

Ok, so I know every mom says it but I can't believe my little baby is growing up so quick~ He still is not three but turns 3 at the end of Sep, so we decided it was time for pre-school! So we get him all excited and buy a new back pack and he was so excited about it. I go to drop him off and walk in the building with him and he literally puts his hand on my shoulder and says "stop mom, you stay here and Jake and Cole stay too. Im a big boy!!! Talk about trying to hold in a laugh! Caden were so proud of you and how big you are getting!

We went with our friends to Flemmings tonight! We celebrated by not going to James 10 year renunion for High School Jk~ Really the it was up in Park City and the freeway was closed going up and it was gonna be a big fat pain! I would have much rather gone and had a good time with friends and eat some good food! Thanks guys for pigging out with us!

Cystic Fibrosis

As many of you know my little niece Gracie who is one of the most energetic, beautiful little girls I have ever met was born with Cystic Fibrosis. So any type of fund-raiser or anything to do with it is a pure passion to our family. So on Friday, August 22nd at the South Jordan community center ( 10778 S Redwood Rd) there is a fund-raiser for Cystic Fibrosis. What it is my sister-in-law Laura's has found a comedian name ADAM ACE who I hear is absolutely hilarious and one of the craziest comedian's but clean humor! He offered to do this Comedy show and donate 100% of the proceeds to Cystic Fibrosis!!! You can also count it as a fun date night and a chance for a bunch of us to get together! It is $10 per person or $30 per family It is also a tax write off! I would love to see whoever can make it. If you want to bring another couple or whatever that is great! Thank you so much ahead of time! It will be a fun night!

I have to say the past 4 months have gone by so extremely quick! My boy's will be 4 months old on the 22nd and it just amazes me! Lately I find sitting down and blogging or whatever on the computer a luxury! I love the summer time and sitting inside during this time is hard for me! These pictures were taken right after bath time which both boys love and are so cute and giggly afterwards! I just love how cheesy they are getting. It's so much fun! They are two totally different babies! Cole has a perma grin 24 hours a day and Big Jake's cheeks are just too chubby to smile all the time! Good times!

Alana's wedding dinner was this week-end and the dinner fit Lu to a T! It was at the Tiburon restaurant where they have such amazing food. Better than the food was Lu's dress, she was so pretty. Alana is one of those girls who always has such a unique style of her own put into everything. The atmosphere and setting was perfect for her style, so laid back and fun! She married such a great guy and they are so happy! They got married in Hawaii on a beach just like every girl dreams of. Lu, I'm so happy for you and that you found someone that has made you so happy. Good luck on the many many years to come. Thanks for letting me be apart of your special day!

Caden's surgery

Caden went in for surgery this morning for his tubes to be re-placed and his tonsils & adnoids (sp) removed. I've tried to put this off as long as possible but the Doc didn't want us to wait any longer! He was so brave! I know he was alot braver than both me and James! I have to say that the worst thing is when they take your baby away and wheel him around the corner and he's totally out of your care. I can't say enough how great both Primary Children's staff and Dr's are but his Dr.Kelly was amazing so tender and cute with him. I'll tell you James does not cry very often ok never. I think the last time I saw him cry was 5 years ago but when they took Cade back James got so emotional, I had to take a step back and be strong for him. Now I know how he always feels when I cry!!! The surgery went great and we've watched about 10 movies so far! He's a tough little kid. Thanks to my cute family for taking my babies for the night so we can recover Cade!
