The Kid Barn!

Happy Birthday to my Caden! Three years old in just a few day's! We had such a fun birthday party for him last night! We rented out the Kid Barn in Draper. I had never been there before, but was really impressed with everything. It was super clean and the cute girl followed me around everywhere picking up everything, so I did'nt have to do a thing! MY kind of party! Caden and his cousins and friends had a blast and burned off tonz of energy. Caden was completley bright red and sweating the entire time from playing so hard! Thanks to my family & friends for coming! We love you all! THANKS to Aly & Joey for the cape, Caden refuses to take it off and demanded he slept in his pull-up and cape only!!!!

So we have not had a McRae family picture in almost 14years and maybe I know why!! It was nuts to get all those kids together and try to get anyone to hold still! 99% of the pictures Caden just was a grump!! It turned out great though! Im happy we finally did it! I know the twins will change so much so Im sure well have to do another one next year! Everyone looks beautiful! So for anyone who does not know James that well he loves to hike and hunt and pretty much is crazy for the outdoors! I tease him that he has a mini Cabelas in the basement! Every year James and his Dad & brothers do all these crazy hunts. But not only do they just take off to hunt, they also scout for billions of hours! There is a lake they go to every year called Hebgin (sp?) and it is a huge hike but they wanted to go scout for the upcoming season. James decided to take Caden with him and his dad and brother Doug. A 2 year old on a 10 hour hike! Yikes! To my surprise Caden did pretty dang good! Better than I would have ever expected. It's pictures like this that are priceless and hopefully Caden grows to love and appericiate the outdoors. With 3 boys, I have a feeling well be in the outdoors quite often! Im so proud of my little Caden for being such a tough guy! Thanks to Papa & Doug for putting up with a 2 year old!! We love you guys!

We went hiking today behind our home to let Caden burn off some energy! It's so funny, the whole time while hiking up the hill Caden is telling us to be quiet so we dont scare the deer! He is so much like his daddy it's hilarious!
