It's almost painful to look at this picture because it does not feel like 1 year ago. I can say it has been an eventful year and full of so so many joys and sleepless nights, worries, laughter, incredible amounts of cuddle time and mostly I never knew I could just love and adore 3 little boy's more than I do my little guys. I think this 1 year is a big milestone for James & I. Jake & Cole are full of so much light and love and make me want to be the best mommy I can for them. I am so proud to be their mother. I owe so many thank-you's to all of my family & friends who have helped me in this 1st year, without you guy's I know I could not have done it all and had so much fun while raising these precious boy's! Happy Birthday to my Jakie Poo and Colie Wolie!!!

WOW! I can not imagine having twins. You are an amazing person. Not that you had a choice, right? Nixon is starting to walk, and I can't imagine having two running around getting into everything! I hope you come to lunch on Wednesday, and bring those cute boys!

I can't believe its been a year! Wow! They are so adorable! My sister refers to those sweet pictures of times gone by as "Hurt My Heart" pictures. It truely hurts your heart to see how fast these precious babies grow up! Happy Birthday Baby Boys!!!
That blows my mind! WOW a year. Those two are so precious and I can only imagine the swell of LOVE you have in your heart for them. I am so happy for you and your family that you are all healthy, happy and have a great life together.
